Artwalk Tea on the Train

This year the Port Moody Station Museum will help celebrate the ArtsConnect Artwalk with tea and treats on our train car. The Museum will be one of 21 stops on the Artwalk, showcasing the work of four different artists. Artists include painter Vicki Allesia, photographer Jenna Knight, painter Anne Ridsdale Mott, and painter Arcadia Robinson.

In addition to enjoying the talent of these local artists, visitors can have a relaxing break on our 1920s railcar. We will be offering a variety of  teas, coffee, juice and flavoured scones courtesy of Cobs Bread Suter Brook. We hope you will join us for this afternoon treat between 1 and 4pm on Saturday, April 21st or Sunday, April 22nd. The cost is $5 per person including HST.

Please note, this will be the only tea service event that the Museum will have this spring. We hope to see you there!

Other artists will be displaying pieces in 10 other venues ranging from a chocolate shop to a yoga studio and the Galleria at the Port Moody Civic Centre, to name but a few. Click here for a full map. It’s a great chance to meet local artists and see artwork being created firsthand here in our community. The artwork is also offered for sale so you can shop local for that special someone while supporting the exhibiting artists.
We’re looking forward to seeing you here!
