Blog update

If you looked closely at our web site you noticed that we have “reverted” back to early January. The museum is not able to reverse time, we only preserve history. However our provider messed things up a little and we lost all posts and changes since early January.

Here is a little recap of what is going on:

Heritage Week

February 17 visit our table at city hall from 11am to 3pm
A shuttle bus will take you from city hall to the museum. The bus will also take you to Clark Street for guided walking tours, starting at 11:30am. (tours time 30 minutes)

February 19, 12.30pm join us for a very special exhbition. “Unpacking my suitcase” Immigration in Canada. For this special exhbition the students from Burnaby North Secondary prepared suitcases of fictitious but carefully research immigrants.
On Monday the students will “get off” the train at the Port Moody Station Museum and show their amazing suitcases. As each case is opened a full “life” emerges.
