Ioco Lands Sold

The Imperial Oil Refinery at Ioco circa 1918

Last week Imperial Oil sold about 250 acres of the Ioco lands.  Roughly 150 acres in Anmore and the rest in Port Moody. The sale included half of the Ioco Heritage Conservation Area to the Bright Circle Group.  Imperial has had the land for sale for almost 2 years.  see http://www.cwvancouver.com/brokerage/Dcanning/Ioco-Lands.pdf

It appears that development plans will be made quite soon and we expect to be consulted.  Will post as we get updates.
