Any Xtra Xmas dXorations?

Howdy Again!
I’m forwarding this from Maud, the Museum Administrative Assistant:

Hi Everyone;

It’s that time again and we are planning to decorate the Museum for the Holiday Season. We are looking for any christmas or holiday decorations that you may not be using and would like to donate to the Museum. Our day to decorate is Saturday November 25th from Noon until 4pm. We would love to have you join us and enjoy a little hot tea and treats.

If you do have any decorations to donate, please give Maud a call at the number below.

Again, thank you in advance and see you over the holidays.

Let's Get Going!

I’m taking over updating the Port Moody Station Museum Blog. I’m Darrell and am the volunteer responsible for maintaining the Museum Website as well as being a member of the Board of Directors. Blogs are something new to me but I have edited a newsletter for a medieval recreation society in addition to what I do with the website so I should be able to get a handle on this.

We have the upcoming annual Holiday Teas on the Train in the Venosta Passenger Rail Car coming up at the end of November and through December.

Tea Car Dates
o November 26
o December 03
o December 10
o December 17
1pm – 4pm

We also will be present when the CPR Holiday Train comes to Port Moody in December. We will once again be running our popular Hot Apple Cider Booth there for people attending this now annual event.
